It's dangerous doing this, you know that, baka? Mako snapped, his voice cold and hard but Kitten could hear a tint of worry. Incoherent grumbling followed after Kitten's mind-roomate snappy comment, and what sounded oddly like growling.
"Don't worry about it Mako, I'll be fine." Kitten chuckled at the voice's worry, breathing in the sweet scent of pine that washed up from the forest. The silver haired teenager paused in a small dent on the gigantic rock he was currently climbing to inspect the view.
"Thrill junky..."
Beautiful, absolutely stunning. All retorts to Mako's comments crumbled into dust and fluttered away with the breeze. The green forest of oaks and other types of trees lay far and tiny in the east, while the opening of the mountain laid to the west,. Forests of pine dotted the inhabitable patches of land, while large rocks jutted out around the unveggied land. Kitten let out a breath he hadn't known he'd been holding.
Kitten was glad that he had had the nightmares last night, because early in the morning, bored and restless, Kitten had decided to view the mountains. And after a lot of walking through forests he had finally found it, and had started climbing. The sun was now high in the sky, but he'd decided to stick with climbing.
"Maybe." He simply replied to Mako's accusation, and continued up the rock he'd been climbing, silently thankful for the thin leather gloves he was wearing to stop the rocks from scratching him.

The silent little sprite fluttered around with her wings, around the forest. She saw someone and flew up behind them and whispered in their ear, "Don't fall now." She laughed a little bit and sat on the ground. She was really thin and really tiny.

Don't fall now...
Kitten nearly jumped out of his skin, a startled hiss bubbled through his clenched fangs. His ears flickered, camoflauging themselves in the sea of silver, he must of let the magic slip when he was climbing or something...
The teen tried to ease himself, but his cat insticts still distrusted the small, flying sprite, he didn't like things that snuck up on him. I didn't smell her or anything...
"Uh, I'll be sure not to...Can you, er, not sneak up on people like that?" Kitten asked, his puffed tail tucking nervously around his waist, like an odd fuzzy belt. It was better than it trying to snake up his pant leg...

The girl giggled. "I'm sorry. I was going to make sure you didn't fall." She planted her feet on the ground. "Because it looks like a long way down," She said, looking over the edge. She bowed down as her colorful blue dress and her blue wings showed on her backside.
"I am Rori Mills. As you can see, I am a sprite, but what you do not know is that I am a musician. I can cheer up anyone." She floated around him, with her index finger on her chin. "You, you must be.." She thought. He hissed. He had feline ears. "You must be...a...neko, am I right?"
"You are different then anyone I know. What are you doing around here?" She asked.

Kitten brushed off her apology, nodding slightly. He didn't exactly want to fall either; unconsciously his leather clad fingers dug into the rock under him. "Yeah, I don't plan doin' that soon anyway...Looks pretty green to me to, and I know that green just isn't my color."
The neko admired the sprite for a second, the flowing blue dress and the sparkling, fluttering blue wings that sprouted from her back. The teen bit his lip, pondering on what type of sprites there were. Or maybe there weren't types of sprites? Maybe they were all the same? Hm, he'd have to do some reading in his step-dad's library when he got home...
"You can cheer up anyone, eh? A useful feat," The silver haired boy grin, looking sheepish when she buzzed around him, eying him sceptically, like an artist surveying it's work. "Y-yeah," He stuttered, she wasn't going to do something, was she? Muscles in his thighs jumped, ready to force him to spring away. "I'm a neko. Ah, just scaling some good ol' mountains. Couldn't sleep last night and I stumbled upon this place..."

She giggled at his tensing up. "Why did you tense up? I'm not going to do anything to you. Just observing a neko for the first time. Sorry," She said with a tint of blush. "I must've invaded your personal space."
She landed on the ground, looking around. "I don't mean to be that observing." She bowed. "Have you seen a sprite before?" She asked.
"I'm probably annoying you with all of this stuff."

"Oh? This your first time seeing a neko?" Kitten asked, his ears perked up, one of them cocking adorably. "I didn't know that we were that hard to find," He teased.
"Invading personal space? Nah, I'm perfectly fine with being watched, it's like getting to know your stalker." Kitten joked, grinning, his golden eyes crinkled. "Besides, you most likely couldn't be annoying even if you tried, I've seen a," His voice lowered dangerously, "a little brother."
The boy settled down onto the sun-warmed rock, "I've only glimsped a few, they like to come out in the morning, they like flying through the forest." Now Kitten blushed a bit, who was the stalker now?
((-makes a square with her thumb and pointer fingers, peeks through it like a window, giggles- Stalkers!))

She nodded. "Yes, you are the first neko I have ever seen before. Neko's are very adorable, you know that?" She shrugged. "I'll have to seek out for more. They seem so cool." She spun around.
"I should change back." She said as a light surrounded her and faded away. When the light was gone, she looked like an ordinary teenager. "Sorry, I don't want any humans knowing what I am, or who I am and start to stalk me, you know what I mean?"
"Are you stalking us?" She asked him, teasing. "Of course, I would never stalk anyone."

Kitten grinned, a tinge of red flushing his cheeks, “Yeah, we are. It tends to be a nuisance though…” The teen laughed, “Have fun with that, I haven’t seen any other than me in all my years of existing.”
Kitten blinked, the light blinding his sensitive auburn eyes for a few moments, “Aren’t you scared that when you’re flying a human is going to see you, and then on accident you change back and then you fall?” He asked curiously, peering down at the ground. It seemed so far away… “Yeah I know what you mean, you don’t want to be experimented on or shunned ‘cause of what you are. That’s why you can’t really find many nekos.”
The neko rolled his eyes and playfully punched Rori in the shoulder. “Yeah, sure I am Rori. I stalk every pretty girl I see.” He grinned at her, his golden eyes twinkling merrily, “You better be sure to lock those windows tonight.” A strand of sparkling silver hair blew in his face.

Rori laughed, "Stalker," She stated pointing at him. "I'm joking," She stated. She gasped, jokingly. "I know, I should. But you don't know where I live," She stated and then went dumb. "Oh, thats what I stalker is. Blonde moment." She chuckled.

Kitten looked mock-horrified. "Oh no! She's figured me out!!" The boy put his hand to his forhead, looking downcast. "Now she shall call the police and I shall be carted away to jail like the dirty perv that I am. Oh woe is me!"
The neko laughed, snorting a bit. "I wouldn't know where that came from." He chuckled, tugging gently (can you have tug gently???) at a strand of her astonishly blonde hair.
